  • How many pools are there on the premises?

    6 outdoor and 4 indoor pools.

  • Is there thermal water in every pool?

    Thermal water is in the Rotunda pool (indoor and outdoor part) and in the outdoor relaxation pool.

  • Are there water slides on the premises?

    Yes, there is a water slide tower in the area with seven water slides, which are in operation during the summer season (July – August). Slides are suitable for children from the age of 6 (120 cm)!!!

  • Are the water slides charged?

    Yes, they are. You can find the price list HERE.

  • Are there sun loungers charged?

    Yes, they are. The price for the whole day is EUR 2, after 5 pm it is EUR 1.

  • Where can I buy loungers?

    Sun loungers can be purchased at the ticket office at the entrance, at the Ice n‘go ice cream vendor by the children’s pool or at the Algida vendor by the water slides.

  • Is parking charged?

    Yes, it is. The price for the whole day is EUR 2.

  • Where and how to pay for parking?

    The parking fee is paid at the ticket office at the entrance or the vending machine in front of the main building with a parking card issued by the vending machine at the entrance to the car park.

  • How do lockers work?

    The lockers work on a wristband that you receive at the entrance after purchasing a ticket. The cabinets are opened by attaching the wristband to the reader, which is located on the side wall of each row. The cabinets are located in the main building on the ground floor (No. 101-588) and in the basement (No. 701-926), then at the back in the outdoor area at the hygiene block (No. 1001-1124 and 1201-1365), but these work only during the summer season.

    The number of lockers is limited and in case of high attendance, Thermalpark does not guarantee every visitor access to a locker. A visitor who does not receive a locker for capacity reasons is not entitled to a discount on the entrance fee or any other benefit.

  • Is it possible to eat on the premises?

    Yes, there is an air-conditioned restaurant in the main building, which is open all year round from 9.30 am until 8.30 pm. During the summer season, seasonal outlets with a large selection of meals and snacks are avaliable on site.

  • How can you pay on the premises?

    It is possible to pay in cash and by credit card at the ticket office and in the indoor restaurant. It is possible to pay in cash at seasonal stands. Cashless payment with a contactless payment wristband is also possible on the premises, the condition is registration in the loyalty program.

  • Is it possible to pay in the area with a wristband?

    Yes, you must register with the Thermalpark Clubcard loyalty program. What does it mean? After filling out the registration form, we will issue your Clubcard at the ticket office. You can top up your card with any value of credit (the minimum first deposit is EUR 20). Each time you arrive, your card is paired with your contactless payment wristband, after which you can easily buy services and products on the premises. The balance is not lost when leaving the Thermal Park, you can use it for services and goods on your next visit. You can find the registration form at the ticket office or you can download it HERE and bring it to us already filled out.

  • Where can I check the balance on the wristband or Clubcard?

    The balance on the card or wristband can be verified by attaching the wristband to the Infoterminal, which can be found in several places in indoor and outdoor areas.

  • Is the sauna world included in the price of admission?

    No, saunas are paid separately. Tickets can be purchased at the ticket office. You can find the price list HERE.

  • Is it possible to go to the sauna world without entering the Thermal Park?

    Yes, the sauna world can be visited without access to the pools. Tickets can be purchased at the ticket office. You can find the price list HERE.

  • What is the tolerance for a 3-hour ticket?

    There is no tolerance for 3-hour tickets, the ticket is valid for exactly three hours. The surcharge for each started half an hour is EUR 0.50.

  • Where can I see when 3 hours have passed?

    The remaining time of stay in the Thermal Park can be verified by attaching a contactless wristband to the Infoterminal, which can be found in several places in indoor and outdoor areas.

  • Why does ThermalPass no longer work?

    RegioJet, which provided the transport of visitors from Bratislava to THERMALPARK, has not been operating on the Bratislava – Dunajská Streda – Komárno line since December 2020. This means the end of the cooperation that has made you and us happy for many years. Thanks to the joint ThermalPass product, you were able to reach us comfortably and quickly and enjoy a day full of wellness. Thank you for using this service for years, and we hope you will continue to be able to visit us.

    We are currently preparing a renewed service for you in cooperation with the Railway Company of Slovakia (ZSSK), which will soon be available to interested parties from all over Slovakia. We hope to be able to announce a new joint product soon and say to you again, “I’m going on a train to swim!”.

  • Is it possible to buy a swimsuit and other swimming equipment in the Thermal Park?

    Yes, there is a year-round gift shop in the main building, where you will find, in addition to a swimsuit, other swimming equipment. During the summer season, swimming equipment and souvenirs can also be purchased at the seasonal stand in the outdoor area.

  • Can bathrobes and towels be rented?

    Bathrobes and towels are available for the hotel guests of the Thermalpark Hotel **. However, towels can be purchased by visitors at the ticket office and in the gift shop in the main building, or the seasonal souvenir stand.

  • Where is the drinking water on the premises?

    The source of drinking water is indicated. Drinking water can be found on the terrace by the Beach Bar, in a small square with wooden stalls by the water slides and by the front and back toilets. However, the fountains are currently out of order due to COVID measures.
