Maximum Water Purity and Safety at Thermalpark DS
At Thermalpark Dunajská Streda, your health and comfort are our top priorities. To ensure the highest water quality, we use a professional combination of chlorine and chlorine dioxide (ClO2). This advanced disinfection method provides a superior level of safety compared to standard treatments.
Why choose our water?
- Enhanced Disinfection: ClO2 eliminates chlorine-resistant microorganisms and removes bacterial biofilms from the entire filtration system.
- Gentle on Skin and Eyes: By reducing the formation of chloramines, we minimize eye irritation and the strong chemical odor typical of standard pools.
- Consistently Clean: This technology maintains stable water purity regardless of pool occupancy or pH levels.
Thermal water
We use thermal water reaching temperatures of up to 57°C with a high concentration of minerals springing from a well from a depth of 1,600 metres. The composition of geothermal water has beneficial effects on the musculoskeletal system, joints and has regenerative effects on the whole human body.
Its primary characteristics are an extremely high bicarbonate content and significant sodium levels. The water has a soft character due to its low calcium and magnesium content, while its lack of nitrates indicates high purity.

“Thermal water has beneficial effects on the entire musculoskeletal system and also helps to recover after various injuries or surgeries. Our ancestors in ancient times already knew about the positive effects of water on health. Let us also appreciate one of the greatest treasures of Rye Island!”
